Video will open in a new window. Design/Build: Twisted Melon (That's me). Base Hilt: Solo's Hold - Aluminum. Base Paint Pattern: Trooper Trent stencil mask. Clamp: Roman Props replica Graflex. Chassis: Goth3D & Twisted Melon - Nylon, Brass, Stainless Steel. Crystal Chamber: Goth3D & Twisted Melon - Nylon, Brass, Stainless Steel, Quartz Crystal.

Crystal: Real Quartz, RGB lit to match emitter color. Sound/FX Board: NEC Spark Color 2.

Emitter LED: NECree RGB, Carclo tri-lens. Battery: Solo's Hold 3.7v 3200mAh 18650 Li-ion (with protection circuit). Hilt painted with etching primer/paint for long-term adhesion and color-fastness.

Gaffer tape around upper neck like the original prop (can be removed by request). Two emitter flanges: Prop-based "nipple" with custom shine-through (set or remove the center plug), plus 7/8 blade-retaining flange (with blade retainer and O-ring). Sound/Visual Effects: 32GB micro-SD card loaded with 6 FX'fonts' (profiles) with different sounds and different color sets.

Can be cycled by pressing lower half of clamp card. ON/OFF operation by pressing top half of clamp card, saber is fully motion sensitive with multiple background hum sounds, swings, clashes, blaster blocks and more. 9 switchable color sets for any font.

Sounds, colors, sensitivity & power can be customized/replaced/changed/enabled/disabled via PC-based app. Chassis: Rotating "kill key" in 5.5/2.1mm charging port, 3 sequenced accessory LEDs, nylon hand-polished & finished in metallic paints with brass & stainless steel additions. Chassis accent LEDs with adjustable patterned blinking. Solid installation with high quality wire & solder joints - over 25 years experience doing this kind of work.

All settings, sounds, colors, power levels, can be adjusted via software & saved to the microSD card. Materials: Pine wood, cotton fabric, eva foam, leather, with steel & aluminum harware - stain, paint, aged & weathered by hand - protective clear coat & waxed finish. Interior: Professionally upholstered & padded - securely holds saber in place. Sliding cover is secured by leather strap & snap closure.

All surfaces, including hardware & leather are distressed & aged. Heat/branded details on leather strap. Saber and box protected with Renaissance Wax (museum-developed micro-crystalline wax).
