Children's sizes also available. I get most orders out in only 2 weeks, but it may take a bit longer depending on the volume of orders. Just add a leather overbelt and khaki pants (and, of course, a lightsaber) and you have a complete Jedi costume! For the typical "good Jedi" like Obi Wan, I use a homespun-look off-white fabric called osnaburg.

" This fabric is VERY similar in appearance to the fabric seen on Jedi throughout the "Star Wars movies. But this item is available in any color scheme, including dark tan (Mace Windu), off-white (standard Jedi, as shown), all-black (Darth Maul), and brown/black-vinyl (Anakin). Osnaburg is only available in offwhite; other materials are used for other color schemes or a dark brown dickey to make you Obi-Wan. Are you copying a known character or designing a unique one? Basically you can get your costume pieces in any color fabric as long as I can find it in the local fabric stores. I've done shades of green, blue, grey, red, purple, and every shade of brown and combinations of these with black or off-white for some pieces. I've even done a cloak in leopard fake-fur for a customer in the UK. I've matched the color schemes of minor movie characters and once matched fabric to the color of a customer's favorite lightsaber! Pants in matching or compatible fabric; and long, flowing Jedi robes are available upon request to match any color scheme. I've also sewn Luke's other costumes, Princess Leia's gowns and various minor character costumes. If you are in a serious fan group and need a full undertunic, not just a dickey, I also sew those. Usually mid-thigh hips (to be sure nothing gets cut too snug for comfort) arm from shoulder joint to wrist (to be sure the sleeves aren't too short or long) leg (how long from the waist to your ankle) if you are getting pants shoulder to floor or however long you want it (if you are getting a robe) And don't forget to let me know which color scheme you'd like!
