STAR WARS IMPERIAL DETENTION DIORAMA A custom-built Imperial detention and interrogation facility inspired by the darker military environments of Andor, Rogue One and The Mandalorian. Designed for 3.75-inch Star Wars figures, the piece combines detention cells, control stations, industrial wall sections and Imperial security architecture into one substantial display environment. Rather than recreating a specific screen-used set, it has been built to look as though it could exist somewhere inside the wider Star Wars universe. ANNEX-9 Annex-9 is an isolated Imperial detention facility used for interrogation, processing and containment. The layout includes enclosed security areas, observation points and control equipment, with the cold functional appearance of an Imperial installation that has been operating for years rather than a newly constructed base.

The architecture takes inspiration from the stripped-back Imperial environments seen throughout Andor and Rogue One, combined with the harder military feel of Imperial installations in The Mandalorian. Multiple areas for figure placement and photography. Hand-finished throughout PAINT & WEATHERING The entire facility has been finished to give it the worn, functional appearance of an active Imperial installation. Surfaces feature layered grime, panel variation, worn edges, staining and subtle streaking rather than a clean factory finish. Floor areas have been given additional traffic wear and industrial markings to help connect the individual sections into one believable environment. The intention was to make the piece feel closer to a miniature film set than a standard toy playset.

DISPLAY The layout works particularly well with Imperial officers, Death Troopers, Stormtroopers, Imperial security personnel, interrogation droids and prisoner figures. It can be used as. Photography environment for 3.75-inch Star Wars figures The different sections also allow the display to be changed considerably simply by moving figures and accessories around the facility. LIGHTING The coloured lighting shown in some photographs demonstrates how dramatically the environment changes under different lighting conditions.

The grey Imperial architecture works particularly well with cold blue, green, red or low-level atmospheric lighting, allowing the same diorama to create very different scenes. As each custom piece is individually painted by hand, small variations and imperfections form part of the intended used-universe appearance.
