It can come with and without LEDs with a button Switch to show Red and White Lights. This is a custom 3d printed model using a FDM filament printer, Layer lines are normal with this type of printing, I print at a layer hight of 0.12mm to reduce the visibility of the layers, but as each print is unique each will be different from the next.
