Star Wars Chewbacca Custom Made Mask

  
Fan made Chewbacca mask made by me. Fiberglass underskull, Eco flex 30 silicone face, and hand blended Kanekalon hair. Hair is punched around mouth and moustache and silicone glued over the rest of the face. Full head mask with helmet and moving jaw. Many weeks were spent to make these molds from sculpting, molding, and casting the parts to bring the parts together to make the mask, then even more time to put it all together.
